A service of Outside In, the Trans/ Identity Resource Centre (TiRC) provides gender-related services and information for all sexualities, genders, and cultural identities.
TiRC offers practical resources, as well as outlets for intellectual growth, self-expression, and identity exploration to persons who may otherwise be disconnected from resources.
TiRC houses The
Trans Health Clinic, ResourcesPDX, the ID Project, peer-counseling,
extensive referrals and internet resources, hormone-needle exchange,
and other support groups/activies/communtity forums.

TiRC Reference Library
he TiRC Reference Library holds over 400 transgender specific titles: medical, legal, fiction, biographies, photography,and gender studies, including academic journals, magazines, and zines, as well as a significant film, documentary, and instructional video collection.
